Nordstom's Cafe Bistro

Is it a cafe? Is it a bistro? Who cares, I’m about to recommend going to a Mall for great food, no...really.

Nordstrom’s Cafe Bistro at International Plaza in Tampa is a casual and affordable gourmet restaurant that expresses a passion for food and cooking. Order from the menu as you enter then a friendly host or hostess will lead you to a table, counter seating , with a view of the brick oven and chefs cooking, or a secluded high-back booth. The interior is dimly lit but in a relaxing stylish way, you are no longer on the second floor of a mall, you are somewhere else, possibly overlooking the Seine.

Selections include colorful salads, brick oven entrees and boldly flavored sandwiches. Most menu items are prepared from scratch with an emphasis on local organic produce and products.

White Chocolate Bread Pudding (I usually don’t like bread pudding-THIS is from another planet-served warm)
Chicken Pomme Frites

I'm still working my way through the menu, but in 5 visits nothing has disappointed me yet.
